What's a ticket?

Anything I can finish in about an hour or less.

One ticket:

  • "My contact form stopped sending emails — can you fix it?"
  • "Can you add a new field to my Airtable and update the form?"
  • "I'm thinking about switching from Square to Stripe. Worth it?"
  • "Can you walk me through how to update prices on my site?"
  • "My Zap is failing — what's going on?"

Bigger than a ticket (I'll quote separately):

  • Building a new system from scratch.
  • Migrating a site from one platform to another.
  • Multi-step automations connecting three or more apps.
  • Anything that needs more than an hour of focused work.

Run a small business with 1 to ~20 people. Use a handful of tools — a website, a CRM or spreadsheet, maybe a few automations — and want someone who can touch any of them. Would rather pay $79 than spend three hours figuring it out yourself.

This isn't a fit if you…

Need same-day or after-hours emergency response. Want someone to manage a 30-plugin WordPress site (not my strong suit). Don't actually have ongoing work — you have one project, in which case a Simple Build is what you want.

Questions I get a lot.

What if I don't use all my tickets?

They roll over to the next month. After that they expire — the membership is for ongoing access, not banking work.

Can I share my plan with a business partner or employee?

Yes — up to two named people on your account. Both can open tickets.

What if a ticket turns out to be bigger than expected?

I'll tell you before I start the work and quote it separately. Your tickets aren't used up by my misjudgment.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send me yours or ask for mine.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, no penalty. Tickets used through the end of the current month.

What about real emergencies?

Priority plan gets 1-business-day response. For after-hours emergencies, ask about a custom plan.

Do you work with my software?

Probably. I specialize in Airtable, Stacker, Zapier, WordPress, and WooCommerce. If you're on something I don't know well, I'll tell you.
