When Forward Sprint fits

How it works

Hourly, with a rough estimate up front.

Forward Sprint is billed hourly at $225/hour. Most Sprint work takes one to four hours from start to finish.

Send me a description of what you need. I'll come back with a rough time estimate and confirm the scope, then I'll do the work. When it's done, you get a working solution and an invoice for the actual hours spent.

No formal proposal, no long discovery meeting, no long-term commitment.

When Forward Sprint doesn't fit

When it's not the right starting point.

If you're not sure what you need — or if what you're describing keeps growing as we talk — that's a sign to start with Forward Expedition instead. A Sprint on a poorly defined problem turns into scope creep and a bigger bill for you. I'd rather point you in the right direction than pretend a Sprint is going to solve it.
