Forward Expedition is the answer to that. Not a coaching session. Not a sales pitch. A real two-day engagement where I look closely at how your business runs today, then hand you back a map of what could be next — with specific, priced proposals for the work that would get you there.

What you get

Over two days, I'll:

Learn how your business actually runs. You walk me through your tools, your processes, and the parts that frustrate you. I ask questions and take notes.
Map your current state. A written picture of the systems, apps, and workflows you have today — what's working, what's fighting you, and where the friction is.
Map what could be. A picture of a cleaner, more efficient version of your operations, sized to your business.
Build the roadmap. The specific steps to get from where you are to where you could be, in what order, and roughly how long each would take.
Give you priced proposals for the build work. For each project in the roadmap that I'd be a good fit to build, you get a real proposal with a real price — ready to sign or shop around.

You walk out of Forward Expedition with clarity on what your business needs next, and the option to have me build it.

How the two days work

Two working sessions with deep work in between.

Day 1: You brief me.

About two hours together. You share your tools, your processes, your goals, and your pain points. I ask questions until I understand what's really going on.

Between days: I do the deep work.

This is where the maps get built and the roadmap gets drafted. Not visible to you, but this is where most of the value gets made.

Day 2: I walk you through the map.

About two hours together. I present the current-state map, the future-state map, the roadmap, and the specific priced proposals. You ask questions. You walk away with the written deliverables.

$2,500 $2,000★

★ Introductory pricing for the first ten Forward Expedition clients.

$500 credit toward follow-on build work. $500 of your Forward Expedition fee applies as credit toward any follow-on build project of $2,500 or more, contracted within 60 days of your Expedition delivery.

If you already know exactly what you need built and just want it done, Forward Sprint is a better starting point. Save the Expedition fee for something you don't already have a plan for.
